MIA is beginning to sound repetitive. Sure, it was edgy at first, but now its merely strident. Tracks 2 and 3 are old favorites. I have been listening to a lot of music from South America and here is what I think are some of the best bossa nova tracks around. Never Gonna Let you Go is a little 80's pop and a little latin jazzy. It's cheesy but I like it.

The New Year started off well for me. I got to share it with Saga visiting from Philly. We were very non-ghetto last night and got ourselves some Prosecco since the real effervescent stuff was insanely expensive at the place we were at. Our parents called and exhorted us not to get pissed. We did good and stayed out of trouble. Saga is now on a plane somewhere between here and Philly right now.
